General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of suffering from dry cough, sore throat, swollen glands and fatigue for 3 weeks in spite of warm saline gargles, cough syrup and lozenges, not gone to Doctor as you do not have fever.
Since your problems has persisted for 3 weeks you need to see a Doctor as there may not be fever in every infection .
Get the throat swab done.
Tests of blood.
X-ray of chest as coughing is for more than a week.
Clinical examination by a Doctor helps further along wit correlation with the reports so that you get a prescription for additional medicines like anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and as needed.
Avoid anything that causes problems with throat like cold drinks, smoking, fumes, allergens and so on.
Also talk about a possibility of asthma in such a case.
The glands if enlarged more, need a Ultrasonography and FNAC to know the cause of enlargement and get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
