What Causes Dry Skin Along With Rashes On Thighs And Lips?

I had kissed a girl and inserted two fingers in her vagina for sometime. Next day onwards I felt fatigue, tiredness, nausea and elevated body temperature. After two weeks recovered from nausea, tiredness and fatigue but dry skin and high temperature started. Did a HIV test after 37 days and result negative. Did liver function test, all normal. Presently i have dry skin, some rashes in thigh and lip joints and flu-like temperature. Please advise

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of fever, nausea, fatigue given here are not due to the kissing or what you did but it could be due to some other condition and may be viral infection but it is not the HIV and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
