What Causes Dry Skin Around Vagina?

I am 25 year old female and have dry skin arround my anus/vagina. I am very restless if i do not itch. This is since more than a month. I had taken homeopathy medications. It stopped for some time again it has started. Looks like ring worm. In sleep unknowingly i start itch and now it has worsen. Please help. Should I use Clean&Dry cream?
