What Causes Dry Spots On The Penis?
Hi. I have recently noticed that I have small rough dry spots on my penis shaft near the head. They are sort of itchy. I’ve been tested for STDS (precautionary) an all test have been clean. What could be the case of this?

It can be balanitis or Pearly penile papules - small, fleshy bumps that usually develop in gland penis in rows around the head of the penis.
If you feel an itchy feeling. an antihistamine will help you and local steroid with antibiotic and antifungal can also be of help.
