What Causes Dry Throat,burning In Nose And Shallow Breathing After Painting The Walls?

I was painting my spa today where I work and we didn t have any doors or air flowing though because we were closed I was in there a good 5 hours atleast with an oil based paint my breathing is shallow and my throat is very dry and tight my nose is also burning a little bit to should I be worried, it was an over the counter paint, at Ben moores.

Read and understood your concerns: Dryness of the throat, burning in the nose and shallow breathing after painting the walls is obviously due to the chemical fumes that the paints give.
Yes, this should be worried about.
I would advise :
Come out of the house to open air, far away from the painted area.
Take deep breathing
If there is no relief rush to ER.
