What Causes Dry Vagina Along With Itching And White Vaginal Discharge?

Hi I am a 22 year old female and I have a baby 1 year 2months he is.from 7 months of my pregnancy I had terrible itches in vagina and thick white discharge odourless used to come.after I gave birth it stopped then I started taking petogen injection family planning from the time I started this the itching and thick white odourless discharge stilll comes and goes.I went to doctor several times they say its yeast infection I take the tablets and injection they give but the itch and burn and discharge keeps coming back I have very dry vagina as well please help

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part either by regular washing or use v-wash vaginal gel for local application.
