What Causes Dryness And Flaking Of Skin From Ears?

Im a 32 year old man who has had severe bouts of BPPV for a few years. It started when I was 21, but didnt have another sympton until my late 20's. Its been happening every 6 months now, can it be caused my flaking in the ear due to dry skin? My ears are always dry and skin is always flaking..Second my BPPV wont allow me to sleep, would sleeping pills work, or make the symptoms worse

Hi, let me assure you that flaking in your ear has no relation with bppv and bppv won't affect your sleep, itmis triggered only by change of position...
