General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that your this problem might be due to excessive dry skin produce itching on the skin.
This can be due to having Diabetes or thyroid.
So go for blood checking for diabetes and thyroid problem.
Try to find out any allergen causing this problem like soap, talc, duo spray or clothes.
Take Cetrizine or Levo-cetrizine for itching, once itching is stopped then irritation and bleeding will stop.
Apply some moisturizing cream on the part.
If lesion is localized then apply triple action cream.
Ok and take care.
