What Causes Dryness And Itching In The Middle Of Palms?
Hi, Myself Rabin from Nepal. It s been more than 2 months the middle of the both palm is getting dry and want to scratch to relieve the feeling. Sometimes i wish to tear the skin a little to feel better. If i do so the skin turns white like i just kept white cement on my hands. Please advice

It might be due to contact dermatitis; may be due to saop or detergent which you are using.
Advice
1. Apply Betnovate – C cream every 8 hours for 15 days
2. Levocetrizine 5 mg per oral if itching is intolerable
3. Do scratch too much as it will cause bleeding and infection
4. Change your soap and detergent. Use good quality branded soap and detergent only
