What Causes Dryness And Itching In The Palms And Fingers?

iam 65 , have never had problems with my skin, this last winter I started with dry, itching palms and between fingers. then on my face around my mouth area, then behind knees. I went to Florida for a vacation on the ocean beach and it went all away..now it has returned and is also on my eye lids.
