What Causes Dryness And Itching In Vagina With Brown Discharge On Wiping?

Yesterday I started feeling my vagina itchy and dry. I have felt it before but it goes away in a couple of days so I dont worry. The thing is my partner cheated on me and I am scared to tell my mom about it, now I have that itch and when I wipe dirty brown debree shows up on the paper. What could it be?

Your presenting complaints of itchy brown discharge may be due to protozoal or bacterial infection. Mostly spread through sexual intercourse.

I would advice you to,
1. Maintain good hygiene and wash your vagina with soap warm water regularly.
2.  Avoid feminine products
3. Use soft cotton undergarments
4. Have safe sex
5. Take Antibiotics (flagyl / antibiotic pills or creams) for a week or candid V1 for 6days vaginal tablet or Daktarin vaginal gel application.
