hi,
i have itching between my legs and testicles,im facing this from past 2 years.im using antifungal powder for timebeing but it is not completely went off.now in that affected area some kind sticky liquid coming out and im unable to work properly.skin became black and looking like dried tree outer layer

Looks like you would have neglected much and
infection got complicated. I think that you would
have initially got fungal infection but this now got
complicated with secondary bacterial infection. You need
scraping and microscopic examination of effected parts, CBC etc

You might also need an empiric course of antibiotics.
