Hello,

Dry skin on penis may not a dangerous symptom. It can be caused by allergic reactions because of soap or detergents, new undergarments etc. Psoriasis, friction and eczema can also cause dryness. pimples, small cyst and ingrown hair are common and nothing to worry. but you should consult a doctor for proper diagnosis. Therefore, I suggest consulting a skin specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
