General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Sounds to be inflammatory condition from possible bacterial or fungal infection causing small bumps and dryness. Primary guidelines:
- Vaginal hygiene with antiseptic liquid or soap wash
- Wear loose, clean, cotton inner wears
- Avoid commerical creams for hair removal
- Avoid prolong use of same tampons
- Avoid sexual intercourse (if active)
- Plenty of liquids to prevent secondary bacterial infection
- Consult your OBGYN for prescription of antibiotics as macrolides and anti fungal as fluconazole or else as per his or her decision
- Local application of lavender oil will serve best to heal natural way without any side effects

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
