What Causes Dryness And Tear On The Penis?

I have lost weight 91 lbs my penis has always been what I call an inny. Now the weight is gone it comes out more offten. I now have a white ring around the middle of it (dry skin) and it's almost like when it gets hard it stretches to much and tears the skin. There for making it very sore

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You might be suffering from Candidal infection of penis. Do apply Clotrimazole cream or Sertaconazole cream twice daily on the rash. Make sure that steroid is not the ingredient of the cream. If you are elderly, do check blood sugar as Diabetes is commonly associated with Candidal infection of penis. Continue Clotrimazole or sertaconazole cream for 2 weeks. In case of non-response, do consult your Dermatologist.
