Hello dear Understand your concern. It is most common in women after sexual intercourse. Dryness may be due to rough sex. But unpleasant odor most commonly due to vaginal infection mostly bacterial vaginosis. As sperm enter in to the vagina it cause changes in vaginal bacterial flora and ph and predispose to infections. You take following advice Tablet metronidazole Lacto bacilli orally or vaginally Hydrocortisone ointment Shower with salted warm water Wear pure cotton loose inner wear Apply oil base lotion that contain vitamin and minerals Wipe pelvic area after urination and sex Avoid sex and douching till you get better If not resolves contact the gynecologist Pelvic examination Do microscopy and culture , swab taken from urethre or vaginal dischagr PCR, NAAT and ELISA for STDs also Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
