What Causes Dryness During Intercourse Along With Itching During Urination?

I ve been having unprotected sex with the same guy for about a year now. Last week I noticed some unusual dryness during sex. There was about a day of itchiness and very little discomfort while peeing. Today I noticed two patches ( one on each side ) by the entrance to my vagina. They look to be almost white/grey in color. They almost look like dry skin but I m not sure. They don t itch at all.I read somewhere that b.c can cause dry skin. Could that be all this is?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Dryness in vagina can be due to hormonal imbalance. You need to spend little more time in foreplay so as to achieve good amount of lubrication. White patches may be because of reaction due to dryness.
Keepbthe area clean and hygeinic. You can use moisturizer cream or lotion to prevent dryness. Also you may use water based lubricants during the act to achieve smoothening effect.
