What Causes Dryness In Lips And Tongue Sensitivity?

My lips are dry and throbbing. My tongue is very sensitive to seasonings and my teeth feel gritty( even after brushing). I drink A LOT of water but does nothing to ease the dry mouth. Help, please. Give me an answer or Point me in the right direction. Thank you

Hello,
firstly you should try with multivitamins and have fruits and eat healthy nutritious food .There could be vitamin ,folic acid and zinc and selenium deficiency because of which you have the symptoms.
Secondly if this continues then you need to get done some blood tests for the autoimmune disorders like systemic sclerosis for that blood tests are anti Ro and anti La, ANA, ANCA etc which could be suggested by your doctor. Such disorders present with dryness in mouth and the symptoms you have.
But commonly its because of the multivitamin and mineral deficiency which should be corrected.
