A couple weeks ago i used nair on my bikini area and not paying attention, carelessly got it on the outter skin of my vagina & clitoral area. Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Hair removal creams are irritants and using them on the delicate skin of the genitals can cause dermatitis.
Probably you kept it a bit longer this time round as compared to last time, thereby leading to dry skin and irritation
If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily to the affected area for a few days.
This is a prescription product and I would suggest that you talk to your physician for a prescription of this.

Regards
