Hello,

Prolia is composed of Denosumab.
It is a human monoclonal antibody for the treatment of osteoporosis.
The most common side effects are joint and muscle pain in the arms or legs.

There is an increased rates of eczema and an increased risk of infections of skin such as cellulitis, hypocalcemia (low blood calcium), hypersensitivity allergy reactions, and osteonecrosis of the jaw and atypical femur fractures.Hence your symptoms could have been associated with side effects caused due to treatment with Prolia.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
