If you were my patient i would defenitely advise you to stop feminine hygeine washes.This is because prolonged usage may actually harm you.Vaginal dryness is a side effect of using such products.It can lead to vulvo vaginal infections. The vagina is equipped with its own defensive mechanisms like a low ph ,pleanty of friendly bacteria etc.Using a vaginal wash regularly can disturb these mechanisms.Use plenty of water to wash and do it only twice or thrice per day.You can also use mild soaps like Cetaphil instead.Once you stop using the femme wash you will have relief from your problems.
