What Causes Dryness, Peeling Of Skin And Itching Sensation In Inner Thigh?

Hi, I have a problem with my inner thigh, it dry, flaky and peels off without a sore or anythin, it doesn t itch or smell. Just dry, flaky, whitish and peels. What can I use or do... I have tried mycoten cream it looked like it was working but when I stopped it... It appeared. Help pls

You are right you are having fungal infection apply miconazole locally add tab fluconazole 150 mg od boil your unfer garments
