What Causes Dull Ache In The Breast, Armpit, Shoulder With A Headache?

I have had a dull ache under my left breast for 2 days now, can feel it spreading to armpit and down my left shoulder. When in bed it is uncomfortable to lie on the left side as i can feel it sore. I have had a slight headache during the last 2 days also.
