What Causes Dull Ache Radiating To Right Shoulder, Arm And Fingers?
i have a dull ache radiating from my right patella , through that shoulder , down my arm and into the fingers and back of my right hand...i also noticed some neck pain on right side.....could i be sleeping wrong.?...i have had no injury or physical shock. it hurts more when i torque my right shoulder forward....????

Most likely you are experiencing this pain because of shoulder stiffness or frozen shoulder, sometimes cervical pain can also radiate like that. It's recommended for you to take some NSAIDs for 5 days and apply local analgesic.
