What Causes Dull Headache Mainly On Right Side?

I ve been experiencing dull headaches- mainly on the right side and just feeling drained or fatigue for the past few days. I ve also noticed that I ve only been eating half of my food and sometimes i don t even want to eat. What that possibly mean?

Hi,

Ringing in the ears, nausea and vomiting are symptoms of migraine. You have to avoid triggering factors like noise, light and stress. Take tablets like sumatriptans 50 mg tablet.
