What Causes Dull Pain And Numbness In Upper Right Abdomen?

Yesterday I began experiencing a continuing dull pain in the upper right side of my abdomen, just below my right breast. The outer skin is also numb to the touch in the same area. I believe it may be gall bladder but I hate to go to the hospital if it is something I can treat at home. How does one tell when the condition is serious enough to head to the hospital?

There are many medical conditions that can cause pain in the upper right abdomen. I suggest doing an ultrasound to confirm the cause. Meanwhile, I suggest using Buscopan 10 mg to help with the pain.
