What Causes Dull Pain And Weakness Of Right Upper Arm?

Hello I'm 20 years old 5' 10" and I weigh 142 lbs... I don't have a medical history but I have a problem; my right arm, mainly upper arm feels like it has no circulation, its a dull pain... I tried stretching it out, doing pushups to put pressure on it, and just holding it in different positions and its starting to get really annoying the arm just feels weak now... :(
