What Causes Dull Pain In Armpit On Deep Exhalation And Night Sweats?

When I exhale deeply (pushing all air out) I get a tiny dull pain in my left armpit. This pain is also caused sometimes when I place my arm in a certain way when extended or in rotation for the last few months. Last week, for about 2 days, I had dull pains in my lower abdomen center and left side, but that has gone away after a few bowel movements. Also, have had night sweats the last two nights. I or my wife have not found any swollen lymph nodes in the area or neck region. I ve been incredibly stressed lately with lots of change and transition. Moving from one country to another, baby on the way and graduate school graduation. Thoughts?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that this could be muscular problem and the chances of muscle spasm is very likely, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you, with the following medicines, 1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day 2) Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
