What Causes Dull Pain In Chest And Numbness On Left Side Of Face?

i have had a dull ache in my chest area over 1 week it comes and goes its feels like pressure its come and goes but last few day its almost constant i am awere if the pressur .i can feel numbness down the left side of my face this i am only 32 years old femail, i have been battling with an eating disorder anorexia i waigh 6 stone i dont know i fthis had anything to do with there problems
