What Causes Dull Pain In Left Abdominal Area?

Thankyou I am 51 years old I have a dull constant pain n the left side abdominal area. Approx: 4 inches to the right of belly button. I have had my appendix out at 40 years of age . Just to rule that out. This pain has been ongoing for a long time. PS Im Male

this could be colitis or gastritis
if you can provide me further information i will be happy to help
History of vomiting or loose stools
any urinary problem
any liver disease in recent past

take tab pantoprazole 40 mg with antacids
plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
