What Causes Dull Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

I have a dull pinch in my lower right stomach. I have a small bit of a belly and it just rolls right at the waist line without going over. While sitting it creates a noticeable discomfort. Also, the area has some occasional eczema breakouts. My brother had diverticulitis and ever since, it has been a worry in the back of my mind. My job used to be in the field, but now I m older and tied to a Desk. Also, my left leg has been painful in the afternoons especially. Hurts from buttock to ankle.

Hi. Both your problems seem to be related to you being overweight. The eczema is secondary to excess moisture in the area and the low back sound a lot like a lumbar disc herniation or a spondylosis. You should try to loose some weighy which will help both the problems. Try to get an xray of the lumbar spine and see an orthopedician. Apply some antifungal powder to the area with eczema. It will keep it dry. Try to loose a bit of your abs through working out. Take care.
