What Causes Dull Pain In The Left Abdominal Area?

I am a 44 yr old Hispanic female. I have a dull constant pain on left abdomen side that travels to lower back. Pain worsens if I move a lot. Symptoms started approximately two hours ago. Feels like menstrual cramps, but pain doesn t go away. I ve had little water in the last 24 hours and am not on my period. I ve had a UTI before and a kidney infection and don t believe that it s either of these.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. It can be due to gastritis. In such case taking antacids and proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole ( Nexium ) will be helpful. If that is not helping then go for an ultrasound examination to rule out kidney stones.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
