What Causes Dull Pain In The Left Testicle?

the past 5 months or so I noticed waking up with soaked underwear of urine. All I drink is water nothing else2-3 water bottles filled a day for the past 5 years. Im 33 6'2'' 400lbs I dont leave the house due to anxiety and depression, I also noticed at times my urine changes to light, clear, dark yellow, but NEVER RED. my lower back and sides hurt sometimes but I think it is due to me laying in bed 20 hours of the day, cause I dont work do to depression etc. Also I noticed the past month or so my left side of my groin, it feels like my left testicle is sore a dull pain like someone kicked me, it comes and goes I felt my testicles I couldnt fell any bumps wondering if it could be a strain or small hernia. I have a an appointment for Monday to check out everything and blood work. just trying to get some idea what might it be another opinon just describing the symptoms. thank you Kevin

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has loss of libido and you have noticed his testicles to be soft and have doubt that his lack of sexual desire could be due to soft testicles.

Please note that consistency of testis is not related to sexual desire .

Please get him checked by a qualified Urologist for clinical examination and estimation of serum testosterone level which could be low and perhaps may be cause of his libido
