What Causes Dull Persistent Pain In The Abdomen And Pelvis?

I believe I may have appendicitis, but I don t feel pain when I press in to my lower right abdomen and quickly release, I can walk normally, and my bathroom habits are the same. I have dull pain in my pelvis, all around my abdomen, and on both of my sides.

you certainly dont have appendicitis,you would have already be in emergency room if it would have been appendicitis.
i assume you are a female and most likely you are having pelvic infection(PID),i would recommend you to consult a doctor and get a course of antibiotics.
