General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Supplements for vitamin C and E as well as zinc and selenium may be helpful. Using sun blocks of above SPF 30 may be helpful if sun exposure is more to help reduce the pigmentation of skin. If these medical treatments fail, UV therapy may be discussed with the dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
