ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

This could be a noise induced hearing loss.

I recommend a otoscopic examination of ear to rule out other causes of hearing loss like a simple ear wax.

Audiometry to evaluate type and grade of hearing loss.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.

Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.

Regards,
