What Causes Dysmenorrhea And Lower Back Pain On Right Side?

I m 25yrs old female. Three months back i had to undergo an emergency laprotomy for twisted n gangrenous left paraovarian cyst n pendunculated fibroid under GA. n now i hav severe dysmenorrhia, body ache n severe lower back pain more on d right side. is it normal?
