General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Possibility of an adenoid or any other lump behind the throat must be ruled out. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. An indirect laryngoscopy is required for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
