What Causes Ear Ache And Sore Neck Post Root Canal Treatment?

I had an infection in my tooth a caouple of weeks ago, my dentist drained it and did a root canal. I now have a very sore neck and jaw, and today I have an earache. Last week the bottom of my feet started hurting when I would stand up . I also over the past week have had lower back pain. This is all happening just on my right side.

Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain pain in ear,jaw and sore neck can happen due to pain the back tooth which is infected..
In case if your root canal treatment is done successfully and you do not have any pain in tooth in which treatment is done, there can be chances that you can have a throat infection which can also cause sore jaw and ear ache..

But pain in back and feet is not related to tooth problem and even throat infection can at times lead to generalised body aches and fatigue but pain in feet and back can be some muscular pain or some other issue but it is not related to tooth or throat infection..

Being on same side can be a coincidence..

I would suggest you to consult an ENT surgeon and get evaluated for the cause of pain..

If it is not found due to throat problem it can be due to dental problem and you should also get evaluated for any problem related to wisdom tooth as the same symptoms can be due to wisdom tooth problems..

Hope your query is solved..
