General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms she is having are probably caused by an ear infection. I think you can use acetaminophen or ibuprofen syrup for fever and pain.

You can also use antibiotic drops such as otipax or polydexa to fight infection pain also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
