What Causes Ear And Jaw Pain?

Hello, my ears and both sides of my jaw, both lower and upper, experience excruciating pain. It feels like swimmer's ear, which i have experienced in the past, accompanied by jaw pain of the same nature. This only happens after exposure to cold tempuratures.
