What Causes Ear Bleeding After Using Ear Buds?

hi, I noticed blood stains on the cotton bud on my right ear. I have had the same problem previously too, but thought it was due to using ear buds. but yesterday, it was a bit more. no other symptoms. sometimes I get a pain, during attacks of sinusitis

As per your complain blood over the ear buds with a history of ear pain during sinusitis can be due to ear infection leading to inflammation inside the ear..
A mild stimulation that is being touched with ear bud can lead to bleeding..
I would suggest you to consult an ENT expert and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis..
In case if there is infection he can advise you antibiotics and anti-inflammatory painkillers..
Antibiotic ear drops like Gentamycin can also be advised..
