What Causes Ear Blockage And Sinusitis Post Treatment For Concussion?

I suffered concussion from a fall about four weeks ago. I have had persistent pressure on the left side of my head, especially after I do any more than moderate exercise. My ear feels blocked and my sinuses are reacting like I have hayfever or allergy. I was wondering if the concussion could cause problems with my sinuses which would account too for my ear feeling blocked?
