What Causes Ear Clogging With Tinnitus?

Hello, currently I ve been dealing with a fullness/clogged feeling in my left ear. Along with that there has been slight ringing sensation. This has been going on for alil over a week now. I have no allergies, have not had a cold or sinus infection, and have not been swimming or flying lately. I am worried it is an acoustic neuroma. The doctor diagnosed it as blocked tube but I find it hard to believe when I haven t been sick at all recently. I have had tubes placed in my ears as a kid twice, and one other ear infection that I can remember. Is his diagnostic seem normal for these symptoms? He suggested if its not better in 3-4 weeks I call him back and set up an ENT appointment. I feel I should go in sooner in the case its something more than blocked tube. Would rather catch a tumor when its tiny then have to wait and see only to have it had grown into my brainstem.

HI
Well come to HCM
the symptoms are suggestive of Eustachian tube block and this can be best manage with anti-histamine medicine, Tab Chlorpheniramine maleate three times in day with steam inhalation and this is not the tumor or any thing else, symptom would come around soon, take care.
