What Causes Ear Congestion And Hearing Loss?

Hi, i have been filling like there is fluid/blockage in right ear, sometimes also tinnitus, since November 2017 so 8 months. I went to my doctor at first she said it seems like there is some fluid, but when I went again, didn t find any fluid. I also have some hearing loss because of it, I had a hearing test and was told I have mild/moderate loss and it is not due to neuronal causes. So I was referred to ENT, they also said there is no pressure or fluid, but I can feel it, when I open my jaw wide I can feel there is fluid in my ear, I also feel the hearing loss is because my ear is blocked. What is causing this?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from middle ear congestion or mild blockage of Eustachian tube due to Infection or dysfunction.
Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool'drinks and freeze water. Use antibiotics and decongestant medication.
If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
