What Causes Ear Infection After Tooth Extraction?

I had my 4 teeth pulled on Wed of last week. Ive been takin Ibuprophen 800 for the pain...Worked great...Im trying not to take any and have noticed today that my ears are now bothering me...as if I have an ear infections... Is it from my teeth being pulled?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the teeth extraction will not cause ear infection its no at all related to each other...the pain in the ear could be because of the jaw joint...if you have got the wisdom teeth removed and during the procedure if you had kept your mouth open for long time then the jaw joint get strained that might cause pain in the ear region...consult a ENT surgeon to rule out ear problems...you can continue ibuprofen tablets, take soft diet.. i hope my answer will help you.. take care..
