General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The cough seem to be related to the respiratory tract inf.

Based on the fact that you have three weeks with this symptoms, I suggest to do a chest x xray to exclude a lung infection.

I also recommend to use a mucolytic to clear the airways.

The blood in stool is probably related to hemorrhoids.

I suggest to use Preparation H cream for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
