What Causes Ear Infection Along With Nausea, Fatigue And Swollen Lymph Nodes?
My sister has been sick for about 8 weeks now. She has chronic symptoms that doctors thought could be mono, but she tested negative for it. More recently, she has developed an ear infection. Her symptoms include fatigue, nausea, swollen lympnodes, and spleen enlargement. What could be wrong with her?
Hello, my name is Dr Olgeta Xhufka. I understand your concern. There is a large number of conditions that couses enlargement of lymph nodes and spleen enlargement. I can not tell the diagnose without some examinations. You have to do a complete blood count, chest radiography and maybe a biopsie. Since it was not mononucleosis it may be syphilis, HIV,and some other infectious diseases,,lymphoma Hodgkin or non Hodgkin, leucemia acute or chronic or some autoimmune diseases such lupus or sarcoidosis etc Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you. Best regards.
