ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Foul smelling from the ear indicates inflammation and probably infection. It is commonly seen in chronic ear inflammation.

In such cases, you need to consult an ENT specialist doctor personally for the endoscopic examination of ear and diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
