Hi,
welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Our inside of the ear is connected to back of the nose through a tiny tube called as Eustachian tube. Which ventilates and drains the ear.
When you blow hard this tube could get damaged and lead to fluid build up in ear. Blowing hard could also damage the ear drum which needs a clinical examination to confirm.
I recommend the following.
1) Avoid blowing the nose hard.
2) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with
phenylephrine.
3) Otoscopic examination of the ear to rule out ear drum damage.
4) Analgesics for pain relief.
You will be fine.
Hope i have answered your question. If you you have any questions, I am happy to help you.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
Regards,
Dr.Paparaja S. MBBS, MS
